HIGHLIGHTS from MAY MEETING_ #154 May 15, 2021

It’s time to communicate! Here are some highlights of today’s meeting. May 15, 2021.

We started the meeting in a positive flow by asking,”What are you grateful for?” Responses were: new friends, old friends, my family’s good health, staying focused on writing my book, time to join today’s meeting, and other positive messages. 

The two prepared speeches were enchanting and brilliant. (By the way, the word of the day was “enchanting”! ) First speaker MK said in his speech, “No rain, no rainbow.” Wow! He really inspired us. That was a great analogy of life. Second speaker KT mentioned that her daughter probably didn’t like English because her mother liked it so much! J   How funny! That second of laughter brought happiness to all of us.

Table Topics Session activated our brain cells! Some topics were: What are 3 things you would never do. Who is your hero? What famous person would you like to meet?  Congratulations to JC who replied Niccolo Machiavelli! To be honest, I thought..who? So now Im so curious to read more about this ”cunning” political philosopher.
